What a cool spot. Felt like Cheers- where everyone knew one another. We went on a Friday evening and got to listen to the cute two person band. They played Frank Sinatra songs & cool versions of 80s tunes! Our ceviche was a large portion & really well flavored! The yuca fries tasted fresh & came with a delicious salsa picante sauce. The baked fish had a yummy crunchy coating. The mixed seafood platter (Picante de Mariscos ) was huge & very fresh. Our server was kind & food delivered quickly & hot. It felt welcoming, quaint, & like eating with family.

We were actually headed to another restaurant down the street but this one had a parking lot so we decided to pull in. It didn't disappoint! We walked in to the live music setting up and there were open tables to choose from. Service was very good and felt local. I had the Lomo saltado and it was delicious! I actually make this at home too. Feels like a local place with local owners in Pacifica. We'd come back.

**5 Stars: A Delicious Dining Experience at El Toro Loco** My recent visit to El Toro Loco in Pacifica was nothing short of exceptional. Located conveniently with its own parking lot, this charming restaurant provided not only great food but also a relaxing atmosphere, even during a busy 49ers game. Upon entering, I immediately felt welcomed by the cozy ambiance and attentive staff. I opted for the wet burrito, and it did not disappoint--it was generously stuffed with flavorful ingredients and perfectly complemented by the savory sauce. Every bite was a celebration of traditional flavors done right. The lomo saltado, another dish we enjoyed, featured tender beef stir-fried with fresh vegetables and served alongside fluffy rice. The combination of textures and flavors was exquisite, showcasing the culinary mastery of El Toro Loco's kitchen. Throughout the evening, the service was impeccable. Despite the game day buzz, the staff ensured our experience was enjoyable and seamless. They were knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations. El Toro Loco's dedication to providing an authentic Peruvian dining experience was evident in every aspect of our visit, from the delicious food to the welcoming atmosphere. Whether you're a local or visiting Pacifica, this restaurant is a must-visit for anyone seeking quality cuisine and a memorable dining experience. I can't wait to return to El Toro Loco to explore more of their menu and enjoy another wonderful meal!

I tried their Lomo Saltado, Ceviche, and Yucca Fries, which came to a total of $64.69--somewhat expensive. I would order the Lomo Saltado again; it was a good portion and tasted a bit like fried black bean Asian sauce (jjajang), with tender meat. The Ceviche had a decent amount of fish, but considering the price, I expected it to come with chips, which it didn't. The Yucca Fries were okay and not something I would order again due to the overall cost.

We came back because my husband lived the choros a la chalaca. We don't know if someone else made them but it wasn't the same and missing juice. Anticuchos were soft and delicious. Papa la huancaina was good and spicy. The empanadas were ok for my liking. Never had corn in my empanadas but the aji was delicious that accompanied it. Don't forget the get your Inca kola to sip it down with. The restaurant gets a lot of people. The owners are very nice and are helping the waitresses with tables.

El Toro Loco is a mom and pop style kind of restaurant that serves both Peruvian and Mexican cuisine. I came here after work with some of my buddies and I ordered 3 super tacos. 1 asada, 1 pollo, and 1 carnitas. The tacos were surprisingly filling. Definitely different from what I'm used to. The service was okay. This is a decent spot to go to if you want to grab a quick bite with friends.

This place hits the spot. They used to be a smaller location just a few storefronts away from this current location. They expanded and are much larger to fit all the hungry customers. Loving the new location and the food is just as good as it was at their OG location. The staff, especially the owner, are friendly and inviting. Very nice and kind neighborhood folks. Portions are decent. We got the pescado frito appetizer, steak and tallarin, lomo saltado, and carne y camarones burrito. Love that you can get both Mexican and Peruvian dishes. Que Rico!!!

Came by to get a burrito at their old location 5 years back and decided to come back, didn't know they moved but it is a block down and has a small parking lot. I ordered the ceviche and camarones a la diabla, let me tell youuu both was so good, I was drinking the ceviche juice with each bite. And mixed the rice with all the diabla sauce together. So good so good. Just a bit pricey $40 meal for one person And I was expecting more than 5-6 shrimps.. but that's ok, I will definitely be back to try the other dishes
